I’m Dorothy Seguy—a lifelong feminist and committed thought leader in financial independence and sustainable growth for women. For me, feminism means believing in true gender equality, and that includes equality in wealth, leadership, and opportunity. Women are half the population, but we remain underrepresented in entrepreneurship, boardrooms, and executive roles. The wealth gaps—pensions, investments, income—persist.
This is the work I’m here to do. As the owner of The Next Women, I’ve built a thriving network where female founders connect, grow, and lead. Together, we’re building a powerful space where women go further and support each other along the way. With Plentiful, my mission is to address financial inequalities and ensure more women have the tools to secure their futures. I also work with business schools to prepare the next generation of women leaders, bringing real-world insights and a passion for sustainable, impact-driven business.
I was meant to do this work. My purpose is to be a force for change—one that shifts financial power and opportunity into the hands of women everywhere.
